Ann helps people connect and work together effectively. Her technical engineering and planning background combined with strong communication skills enable Ann to make positive connections between communities and infrastructure planners to enhance project outcomes. Ann has extensive experience in the NEPA/regulatory environment, analyzing community impacts and providing public outreach for nationally prominent projects. Ann works to create strong links between communities and the institutions that serve them. She supports the concept of community-based planning as a way to achieve positive community outcomes and effective governance.
Ann’s mantra: “Namaste” Mother of two young children, Ann is always busy with an activity. When she gets the chance to pick the activity, you might find her on a quiet walk, reading a book, practicing yoga or meditation, or smacking a ball around on a tennis court. Ann likes to travel and soak in the culture and beauty of new places. Her interest in communicating extends to a love for languages; she enjoys reading and conversing in Spanish and studying Italian and German.
